If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent, for newsletter subscriptions and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Data Storage & Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege.
Data submitted through our contact form and newsletter is stored in MongoDB Atlas, a managed, encrypted cloud database. Media assets such as images and files are stored and delivered through Cloudinary.
While we work hard to safeguard your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continually review and strengthen our safeguards and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where required by law.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our website and services. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect your information. They include:
- MongoDB Atlas, secure storage of form and newsletter submissions;
- Cloudinary, media storage, optimization, and delivery;
- Hosting & infrastructure providers, to serve our website and applications;
- Analytics providers, to understand aggregated site usage; and
- Email & communication tools, to send transactional messages and newsletters.
Each provider is selected for its security and privacy practices, and uses your data only as necessary to provide its service to us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers, with the trusted processors described above, strictly to provide services to us;

We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@intechvia.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

- Contact and enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for our records;
- Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or request its deletion;
- Project and contractual records are retained for the duration of the engagement and any legally required retention period afterward.
