A penetration test is not a vulnerability scan. It's a controlled, human-led simulation of a real attack.

The phases

• Scoping & rules of engagement, define targets, timing, and boundaries.
• Reconnaissance, map the attack surface.
• Exploitation, safely prove that vulnerabilities are actually exploitable.
• Post-exploitation, assess real business impact (what could an attacker reach?).
• Reporting, the deliverable that matters most.

Reading the report

A great report ranks findings by business risk, not just CVSS. Each finding includes reproduction steps, evidence, and a concrete fix. We also include a re-test to verify remediation.

Automation ≠ replacement

Automated scanning is a starting point. Manual testing finds the logic flaws, chained exploits, and business-context issues that scanners never will.

Security is a process, not a checkbox, and the report is where that process becomes actionable.
